hiking, swimming, fishing to disc golf. The vibe there is simply indescribable.

The recreation center area is spacious and private. It has its own music stage and a large dance area. There are several barbecue places in the recreation area, you can grill directly on the river bank in beautiful nature or in a large cozy barbecue house.
You can fish from the Kääpa river that runs through the property or from the Kose lake next
to the recreation center. You can ride a paddle boat, pedal boat or kayak. In addition, the center has a large campfire and a village swing.

The recreation center has 16 rooms & 12 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. The rooms have
toilets, showers, work desks, wardrobes and internet. Each room has 2-5 beds.
There are 2 saunas, the larger one with a wood heater and the smaller steam sauna with an electric heater. In connection to the saunas there are relaxing rooms. In addition there are 2 hot tubs outside in the garden.

There is a large event room / dining room with tables for up to 50 persons, a bar and open fireplace. It can also be used as a dance floor. There is a regular kitchen with a small dining room and 2 larger professionally equipped kitchens and a conference room with a projector.

High basement floor with the possibility of building additional rooms. In the huge basement you can find everything you would ever need for the business, everything from bicycles, event tables, chairs, boats, extra refrigerators, lights for the garden etc.

Electrical capacity 100 A. A separate electrical line with a 63A main fuse was routed to the
auditorium, which covers the technical needs of even the most powerful rock band.

Own well (borehole) and pump house. Sewerage with sewage treatment plant. Air-water heating system and electric heating. There is a professional security system with camera & alarm equipment which covers all the property with a security room.

It is located 30 min drive, 50 km from Tartu which is the Estonian capital of culture, cafe`s & restaurants, where also the famous Estonia National Museum ERM is located.
